As discussed at the recent Sun City Pickleball Club meeting, we would like to get all Sun City Pickleball club members rated using the current IFP rating system that describes differences in the various skill levels. The purpose of having all members rated is to group players by ability level so that players can take a clinic or compete in tournaments or leagues with other players of similar ability. More information and a link to sign up for the rating clinics…

If you’re interested in being a referee for the ladies team events on Wednesday’s at noon and the 2nd session at 1:00p.m., please head to Mountainview. The team play is going extremely well but they could use some referees just to give the ladies a real tourney experience.
Hoping for some warmer weather very soon. See you at the courts.

The Southwest Regional Pickleball Tourney was definitely a success thanks to all of our clubs volunteers monitoring the doors, manning our club table, directing the traffic in the parking lots, and drying courts to continue outdoor matches. Thanks to all of you for your time and thanks to Dave Breault for coordinating the volunteer schedules for all 4 days.
Our club also had several medal winners during the 4 days of competition.
